Postage & Free UK Returns

For standard UK delivery we use Interlink Express to addresses on the United Kingdom mainland (we define this as England, Wales, Scotland).  Addresses on off-shore islands including the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Isles and the Outer Hebrides we deliver to under our EU Delivery tariff of £15.

In the case of UK Next Day Delivery, or any other speciality service, deliveries are made by Interlink Express or Royal Mail.  In all cases you may choose a delivery address which is different to your billing address. 

A signature confirming receipt is required for delivery. If there is no-one available at the delivery address to accept the order, the courier or Royal Mail will leave a card asking you to arrange collection from your nearest depot, or to arrange a re-delivery. 

*For Next Working Day and Saturday delivery please place your order no later than 2pm the working day before delivery (No delivery on Bank Holidays or weekends). 

*Same day deliveries are available for customers based in central London only and will be sent by courier. This is available on weekdays only and orders need to be placed before 2pm on the day you would like it to be delivered.

Please remember that all deliveries will need to be signed for so please provide a delivery address where someone will be available. 

  • Please note that this service is only available to addresses in the UK mainlan. This excludes postcode areas beginning BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, FK, KY, also KA27-28, PA20-88, PA19-44 and PH49-50. 

For delivery addresses in the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland: 

  • Standard EU Delivery (4-6 working days) - £15
  • Please note that we do not currently offer VAT-free prices for online customers resident in the Channel Islands 

To track your Interlink Express delivery visit or to track your Royal Mail delivery visit and enter the tracking number emailed to you upon dispatch of your order.

If your order is not delivered within the expected time, please contact Customer Services. If your order is shown to be lost in transit we reserve the right to investigate before we offer to replace or refund your order.

The products ordered by you will be at your risk from the time of delivery, and ownership of them will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of them, including delivery charges if applicable. 

Free UK Returns

We are pleased to offer free returns within the UK if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Simply fill out the returns form which is sent inside your order and post back to us within 14 days of your purchase.

International Deliveries and Returns

All orders delivered outside the UK are subject to these specific International Delivery and Returns Terms and Conditions, which together with our general Terms and Conditions govern your contract with us for the sale of the Products and your contract with Royal Mail for international delivery services. 

We accept orders for delivery to selected international destinations. Our international delivery services are provided by Royal Mail.

By accepting these terms and conditions at checkout and selecting an international delivery option for your purchase, you are instructing Libby London Ltd to act as your agent to instruct our carrier Royal Mail to deliver the relevant goods on your behalf for the delivery charge shown. This delivery charge incorporates a handling fee for related fulfilment costs incurred by Libby London Ltd. - this fee may vary from time to time. 

Please note that all ownership, title and risk in goods will pass to you immediately at the point and time in which such goods are placed at your disposal at our UK premises. 

VAT and Duties

Please note that the value of goods ordered is inclusive of VAT, and we cannot refund any VAT charges. 

Products delivered to destinations outside the EU will be subject to import taxes, fees, levies or other charges which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, or the recipient of the purchase in different. 

It is your responsibility as purchaser and importer that any products ordered comply with local import regulations and that there are no restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.

We strongly recommend that purchaser establish the likely charges applicable in the country of destination before placing an order. Please ensure the recipient is aware that they will be liable for those charges.

International Returns

If an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for refund of the cost of your goods, following the instructions enclosed with your order.

The goods are sent to us at your own cost and risk and we therefore recommend you choose a registered or trackable postal service. We are not liable for returned goods which are not received. Items must be returned in perfect condition. 

In the rare event that the goods you receive are faulty or not as ordered, please contact our Customer Services team to arrange replacement or reimbursement. 

International Order Cancellations

An EU customer has the right to cancel an order provided it hasn't been despatched, otherwise please contact a member of our team and we can help process your return.

This legal right does not apply to non-EU customers. In both cases customers should follow the International Returns process for reimbursement.

Check your measurements carefully against the size guide below, if you're in between sizes or unsure in any way, do not hesitate to give us a call and check your measurements. Our clothes are listed on our website in UK sizes, we have included a conversion chart below to help you choose the correct size if ordering from abroad.
