The fashion goal is to elongate the torso and show off the legs! Celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey and Kate Winslet have this shaped bodies.

The most common figure proportion for women is the pear shape. If you have a Rectangle body shape then it means that your silhouette is fairly straight up and down, there’s no main area you need to minimise so you can get away with more things than most! However you may crave more curves which is easily done with the right clothing! By using seams and belts you can draw attention to your waist, minimising its appearance Celebrities such as Ann Hathaway and Kate Middleton are great icons to follow for this shape.

Lastly is the inverted triangle shape, the shape is where you have a broader chest, wide shoulder and a narrow hips and waist.
