STEP BY STEP GUIDE
Choose up to 8 of our lovely pieces that you would like to try on.
Email or call us to make an appointment from 10am - 5pm, 5 days a week. You must do this at least 3 working days before your appointment.
We will hand deliver to your home or office and give you an hour to try things on.
Anything you decide to keep we will take payment for.
HOW IT WORKS
Select your favourite styles from our website and simply email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 020 7720 6789, to book an appointment slot. We will bring the selection of your choice - up to 8 items, along with different sizes (and a few wild cards for good measure!) to your office or home at a time that suits you. We give you a full hour to try things on, and anything you love you can purchase on our mobile card payment machine.
COST OF THE VIP SERVICE
We charge £15 to cover the cost of the service, if you wish to view more than 8 items you can purchase a second voucher.
ABOUT THE SERVICE
The Concierge service is available Monday - Friday between 10AM and 5PM, and you are free to book any time within those hours that works best for you. The whole service is extremely discreet, and a member of our team will deliver, wait and finalise payment for any items you choose to keep. We are a small but growing company so for now you must work in Central London to use this service. The map below shows the area the Concierge service covers.
