Tried & Tested: Suncream
London temperatures are expected to hit a balmy 24C this weekend, great news for anyone spending it outdoors but potentially bad news for our skin.
We have selected our favourite creams for both a day on the beach and for out and about in the city.
If you haven't yet discovered P20 then you are in for a treat. Its not often that a proper life changing product hits the shelves but this is definitely up there with the best of them. Applied once in the morning and left to dry, P20 then provides almost fail safe all day high factor sun protection. Libby has been diving in P20 twice in one day and then sunbathed for hours without re-applying. The best thing is, somehow, miraculously, you still get a tan!
This super cream won our vote for daytime in the city as it works so well under makeup. It doesn't sting if you get it into your eyes and even with such a high SPF its a lightweight, scent free formula.
This clever suncream also contains Glycolic acid, a natural AHA that acts as an exfoliator on the skin and can help with fine lines, wrinkles and ages spots. Busy career girls love a multi-tasking product so this ticks lots of boxes.
For all you outdoorsy types this is the perfect performance suncream for sweaty outdoor activities. You can apply the mist straight onto wet skin so this is great for water based activities.
