Your order will arrive the Saturday after you place your order.

For Saturday delivery no later than 12pm on Fridays. Deliveries will not be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

If you’re not at home, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your parcel to your neighbour and leave a card. If they can’t deliver to them, they’ll leave a card and take the item back to your local Customer Service Point. You can then either collect it or arrange a Re-delivery (full details will be on the card).

If you wish to change the address the parcel is being sent to, you will need to contact Libby either by phone (020 8780 0620) or email (studio@libbylondon.com).

If you select this option taxes, tariffs, and duties will be due on import for you to pay. The courier or their customs agent will reach out to you to pay these fees.

We occasionally offer the option to pre-order some items. The estimated availability date will vary from product to product and can be found next to the size. If you need your items for a specific day please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you.

Standard Delivery Only - This item is only available on standard delivery as it has yet to arrive with us, but should arrive with us within 5 days, after which it will be dispatched to you. You are welcome to choose next-day delivery and once the stock arrives we will dispatch it using your chosen service.

Arriving (e.g. Mid September) - The item is due to arrive with us by the named date after which it will be dispatched to you. This is an estimated date and may change but we will keep you up to date if this happens.

Our customer service team will keep you updated on the progress of your order and the expected delivery date. Once the item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and should expect to receive it within 3 – 5 working days. If your order contains multiple items we will usually wait for the order to be complete before sending it out. If you would like to receive parts of your order sooner please reach out to us at studio@libbylondon.com and we will do our best to help you.* If you choose next day delivery on your pre-ordered items we will send your order out on next day delivery as soon as it arrives with us. 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries and factory delays. We will endeavour to keep you as updated as possible with any unforeseen delays.

* International deliveries will only be sent out once the order is complete.

All prices for orders delivered within the UK, are inclusive of standard rate VAT.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK*, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can. We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the standard Returns procedures.

If the order has not yet been processed and is subject to cancellation, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 30 days of your order.
