Summer is here and in full swing. With that, we find ourselves enjoying the nice weather. Whether you're indulging at home with a party or in a restaurant, sometimes we crave foods high in calories.
But what we don’t realise is, treating ourselves regularly is the key to a healthy, balanced diet. According to experts, indulging smartly helps you lose and keep the weight off. Enjoying treats in moderation allows people to stay motivated and will prevent you from binging.
Most, if not all of us, have had struggles with airport security and the dreaded liquids allowance. Carrying skincare essentials as well as make-up in your carry-on can be frustrating at the best of times.
The stale air and shared personal space within the cabin does not do our skin any favours. Ensuring you have a good skincare travel kit is essential to keep you looking fresh and hydrated getting off your flight.
Hard working, enthusiastic and dedicated are attributes we all want to have, whether we are employees or the boss. Being the first at your desk in the morning and the last to leave at night is generally applauded and in today’s work climate, often expected.
However, it is important to create clear divisions and boundaries for a healthy work-life balance. When your work spills over into your home life, it can make you feel constantly fatigued and stressed — where time at work becomes unproductive and time at leisure feels pressured and wasteful.
We partnered with Cosmetics A La Carte, a bespoke British make-up brand, whose products our makeup artist Irena used to create the perfect work-appropriate makeup look for our SS19 photoshoot. Here she takes us step-by-step through how she created the look, and how you can recreate it too.
With Spring fast approaching, we're giving you an exclusive peek behind the scenes of our SS19 photoshoot. Keep your eyes peeled as our fabulous new collection will be dropping throughout the coming months.
Our SS19 photoshoot took place in a studio in East London with our beautiful model Julia. Its glass roof and big windows meant that we were able to show off the seasons gorgeous textures and tones in the natural light.
